We are a Melbourne-based team of certified Quantity Surveyors, Cost Consultants and Construction Project Advisors who believe in getting things right first time. Over the years, we have worked on more than 500 projects with an estimated value of $2 million to $100 million, delivering over $2.5 billion worth of cost estimates with a 28% win rate.
At Bidkon, we not only focus on initial capital costs, but also ensure long-term value through life cycle costing, value engineering and risk management. We work for clients in the residential, commercial, infrastructure, healthcare and public sectors.

Hasan Aslam has a career spanning more than two decades and has in-depth expertise in architecture, civil engineering, quantity surveying, estimation and project management. His background in construction and his hands-on approach to consulting have made him a respected figure in the industry.

Abdul Majid
Senior Quantity Surveyor & Project Coordinator
Abdul Majid brings over 8 years of expertise in quantity surveying across diverse construction projects including residential, commercial, and educational facilities. With a strong foundation in structural engineering, Abdul specializes in detailed cost estimation, contract management, and developing innovative solutions for complex construction challenges.
His experience spans from feasibility studies to post-tender management, with particular expertise in variation assessment, budget optimization, and comprehensive project coordination. Abdul has successfully managed numerous projects, including the notable Drager Warehouse in Notting Hill.
Education & Professional Qualifications:
- M.Tech in Structural Engineering - Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering
- Associate Membership of Indian Institute of Quantity Surveyor (IIQS)
- Proficient in CAD, CUBIT, OFFSIDER, MS Office, and specialized construction software
